Monthly Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: 
   
   • The competition is open to all customers who purchase an item from Deventor's physical store. 
   • Participants must be at least 18 years old. 
   • Employees of Deventor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 
     
2. How to Enter:  
   
   • Follow Deventor on Instagram (@_deventor_). 
   • Take a photo of the purchased item in use or in context. 
   • Post the photo on Instagram and tag @_deventor_ in the post. 
   • Ensure your Instagram profile is public to allow the entry to be seen. 
3. Entry Period: 
   
   • The competition runs from the first to the last day of each calendar month. 
   • Entries received after the last day of the month will be included in the following month's competition. 
     
4. Prize: 
   
   • One winner will receive a €100 voucher to spend in Deventor's physical store. 
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
     
5. Winner Selection: 
   
   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period. 
   • The winner will be announced on Deventor’s Instagram account on the last day of the month. 
     
6. Notification: 
   
   • The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the draw date. 
   • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Deventor reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 
     
7. Publicity: 
   
   • By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their photos and names in any promotional material related to the competition.
     
     
8. Privacy: 
   
   • Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with Deventor’s privacy policy. 
     
     
9. General Conditions: 
   
   • Deventor reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
   • Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Deventor.
     
     
10. Liability: 
    
    • Deventor accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
    • Deventor is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this competition. 
      
      
11. Governing Law: 
    
    • The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
      
      
12. Acceptance of Terms: 
    
    • By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
